We supply a wide range of customers from restaurants, hotels, pubs and caterers to general and nationwide wholesalers and manufacturers.
Most of our fresh produce is sourced from France , Spain and Italy as well as the UK . We are also major importers of pastry cases, ambient and frozen fruit purees, frozen fruit, glazes, mousse mixes, cous-cous, polenta, taillerins, chocolate decorations, pasteurised egg and of course Belgian Chocolate.
Understanding the needs of our customers, giving prompt answers and resolutions to problems and queries and dealing with them swiftly, efficiently and courteously are all factors in our approach to customer service.
Of course, when you go to such extremes to ensure that the customer is getting the very finest service and highest quality products it is also necessary to train our staff to the highest standards. With this in mind we have just been awarded our ISO 9001:2000 certification, which underlines our commitment to the high levels of service we expect our customers to receive. We place great emphasis on building relationships with all our customers and suppliers as we all need each other to grow, it is this philosophy that has become central to the companies structure.
