Maws are as committed to food safety as we are to quality. In fact we don’t differentiate the two, which is why we hold a BRC Global certification for warehousing, storage and distribution.
Adhering to strict criteria for stock storage and management, we operate from modern, purpose-built premises, located 50 miles from central London. From here we supply the southeast region via our fleet of tracker-monitored, dual-temperature vehicles designed to ensure that each order we take is delivered on time and in optimum condition.
As with our vehicles, our warehousing and chiller-units are not only temperature controlled but monitored and recorded every 10 minutes, ensuring that while in our care, the diversity of comestible items we stock are all maintained at the individual temperatures required.
